Kid Zone is a special area of the Cupertino Cherry Blossom festival consisting of various activities including Japanese-themed games catered towards kids.
The Kid Zone booths, similarly, consist of student-led organizations and school clubs, and each booth will lead a different activity.
Visitors can find the Kid Zone by spotting the gazebo structure.
Please find more information below on how to participate. Thank you.
Kidzone Booth application (student-led organizations and clubs only) closes on 4/15.
If your organization is interested in hosting a booth in the Kid Zone, you will have two options on how to run the event. Remember that if you are participating in the Kid Zone, you must provide your own tables, chairs, canopy (OPTIONAL) (8X8 is ideal but 10X10 is fine too), materials, etc.
You will be expected to set up at 9AM and clean up around 5:30PM for both festival days. The festival will be held on April 25th and April 26th 2026 at Memorial Park. As the event gets closer, there will be an email sent out with more details.
Your organization has the freedom to create your own activity. It is recommended to have it centered on Japanese culture, but any games/activities are welcome. Feel free to incorporate aspects of your organization as well! Remember that there cannot be two organizations with the same activity, so submit your proposal ASAP to secure the opportunity.
